2026 Durban Grade 4 to 7 Workshop
Your child is invited to join the 2026 Durban Mathematics Training Camp, designed specifically for grade 4 to 7 learners to prepare for possible international team selection. The workshop takes place on Wednesday 1 April 2026, from 08:00 to 15:00 (with short breaks) at the Glenwood Prep Mathematics office.
Facilitated by Mrs T. Locke, Head of MST at Glenwood Prep and KZN team leader for international competitions, this session aims to bring young, like-minded mathematicians together. Participants will go beyond the standard school syllabus to share new concepts and engage with past papers for international competitions such as the IMC.
The cost for the day is R500, and space is strictly limited to 20 pupils per session. To ensure sufficient resource preparation, please book and pay by Wednesday 25 March.

2026 Bloemfontein Fall Training
Join us for the 2026 Bloemfontein Olympiad Maths Training camp, taking place from Monday 30 March to Thursday 2 April 2026 at Jim Fouché Secondary School in Gardenia Park. This intensive programme runs daily from 09:00 to 16:00 on Monday till Wednesday, and concludes with a half-day session from 09:00 to 13:00 on Thursday.
This event is perfectly suited for grade 4 to 10 learners who are eager to participate in local, national, or international mathematics competitions, as well as teachers looking to refine their coaching skills. Participants will receive expert guidance from top Olympiad trainers in core subjects, including Number Theory, Algebra, Combinatorics, and Geometry. It is a fantastic opportunity to meet like-minded peers and master advanced concepts beyond the standard school curriculum.
The full course fee is R2000, with flexible day fees and full accommodation options available at the school hostel starting Sunday evening, 29 March. Please ensure you RSVP and submit your registration form by the deadline on Sunday 22 March 2026.

2026 IMC Team Selection
The 2026 International Mathematics Competition (IMC), or referred to as MIMC 2026, takes place from 20 to 25 July in Ulaanbaatar, Mongolia.
To be eligible for South African team selection for the International Mathematics Competition, learners need to enrol for 2026 IMC Team Selection at the cost of R100. (One of the mathematics competition selection tests is the 2026 IMAS Round 1 which has an entry fee of 3 USD per participant.)
The first mathematics team selection test is scheduled from 3 to 5 February 2026. Timeslots can now be booked for online invigilation.
Video Courses
We are offering support for the preparation for IMAS Round 1. Most of the courses are videos that works through previous IMAS Round 1 papers. The courses available are:

- Video Course: Upper Primary IMAS R1 2017-2022
- Video Course: Upper Primary IMAS R1 2011-2016
- Video Course: Middle Primary IMAS R1 2017-2022
- Video Course: Middle Primary Introductory Course
The enrolment fee is R600 per course. Please note that the IMAS R1 past paper recordings are from courses that ran for IMAS Round 1 preparation in January 2024 and January 2025 and learners who enrolled for those live courses already have access to the relevant videos through those courses. The Middle Primary Introductory Course is brand-new.
